About The Project

In 2013, USTA announced a $550 million renovation of the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. This work is expected to be completed by the 2016 or 2017 tournament.

Operated by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) since 1978, the facility has 22 courts inside its 46.5 acre site and 11 in the adjoining park. The complex's three stadia are among the largest tennis stadia in the world, with Arthur Ashe Stadium topping the global list with a listed capacity of 23,200.

Sport Concepts were appointed by the USTA to undertake a client advisory and review role.
